Caso muy interesante, pues por estar adherido al fondo uterino, al tacto parecia un mioma gigante, e incluso, asi fue reportado en el estudio de ecografia, al hacer la laparotomia nos encontramos con este gran tumor. Observen el grosor de los vasos sanguineos. El reporter de patologia fue benigno.
